Well I think that it's quite efficient because of the sentence "look at me" which is repeated. It is also a little bit crazy because of the sound of the voice of the man.

This document is a good thing because he is provocating and he shows adiction's TV, an adiction that not a lot of people talked.

This video is a kind of advert, I think it is very efficient because the voice repet, like " Look at me" ( so many time   ) for exemple, and said juste short sentences and key words as drug, comedy, sex, drug..
He keeps our attention.
All sentences were illustrated by pictures.

A crazy off voice   this ad is efficiente for me but it's so speed, so i look this clip many time

I'm a agree with you and i think it's totally what happen when i comeback home -> nothing to do -> why not Tv ?

I think this document is a little bit scary.. but funny at the same time! This man talks very very fast and all these different pictures are intersting..

what is the goal of a subliminal image in general? Not especially here, but on TV in general?
